I immediately called them and said that I had never used Javelin materials and, as such, they needed to stop using my name immediately. My name was immediately removed and, as far as I know, it has never been used again.<BR/><BR/>IMHO (ok, maybe not so humble), we need to do a better job of stepping up and policing our own industry... If you get ripped off by someone, stick it to them until you get your money back...<BR/><BR/>If you see another agent doing 'bad' things (not just things that you disagree with, but truly 'bad' things like putting 100% of an 80 year old's money into a 14 year surrender annuity), take them to task... Help investors that are getting hurt file complaints... <BR/><BR/>The more we do to clean up our own industry, the sooner we will be in a position where our profession is respected and not just thought of like used car salesmen...<BR/><BR/>However, that's just my opinion...
